Children’s Ticket

All guests over 32” in height are required to have a ticket for admittance. Babies/infants under 32” may receive a complimentary pass, however, the baby/infant must be present to acquire the pass and pass holders must immediately enter the stadium. Passes are available at the Vikings ticket office on game days only.

GATE OPENING TIMES

All ticket holders may enter the stadium 2 hours prior to kickoff.

WILL CALL WINDOWS

Will Call Tickets can be picked up beginning two hours prior to kickoff. Will Call Windows are located at the Vikings Ticket Office beneath Gate G and Ticketmaster Will Call is located at the Gate B ticket booth. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

FIRST AID

In case of illness or accident, contact any usher, security guard or concession stand personnel to call first aid. For minor issues, first aid can be accessed at Section 116 on the lower level. Medical service workers throughout Mall of America Field may be equipped with defibrillators.

PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED ITEMS

Neither Mall of America Field nor the Minnesota Vikings have the capability to check or hold onto any banned items during the game; therefore, any items left at the security checkpoints will be discarded. Some items prohibited from the stadium include, but are not limited to:

ELEVATORS

Elevator service for the upper and lower concourses is available for elderly guests or those unable to use the outside ramps or stairs. Please use the elevator on the Lower Level Concourse at Section 115 and Upper Level Concourse at Section 217.
